Anderson Connectors – Secure and Fast Installation

Battery connection using Anderson connectors is quick, safe, and color-coded for ease of use:

• Battery: Red = BAT+, Black = BAT-

• Solar input (PV): Connect via the gray solar connector. Roof-mounted solar panels supply the unit, with energy efficiently managed via MPPT technology.

• Starter battery: While driving, alternator energy is routed through the charger to the auxiliary battery.

• ACC wire (blue): Connects to the ignition switch to activate charging when the engine is on.

• Fuse: Ensures protection from short circuits and overcurrent.

Anderson connectors allow safe, tool-free connection and disconnection with no accidental dislodging or shorting.

Intelligent 3-Stage Charging Process

For optimal battery maintenance, the charger uses a smart 3-phase charging method:

1. BULK – Charges the battery up to ~80% using high current and voltage.

2. BOOST (Absorption) – Maintains charging voltage between 14.1–14.8V while reducing current.

3. FLOAT – Gently completes charging from 95% to 100%, maintaining a steady voltage of 13.0–13.8V. Current automatically drops to 0A when full.

This method enhances battery life and ensures safe, complete charging every time.
