European standard type 2 connector

High charging capacity, 7-pin type 2 connector that meets current regulations, four options (8A, 10A, 13A, 16A) for optimal charging
The charger has a Type 2 connector, which is now an official European Union standard, and will charge electric cars equipped with a suitable charging socket. The type 2 connector has 7 pins, of which 3 or 5 pins are for charging and 2 are for communication between the station and the car. Compatible with most electric cars sold in Europe. The Qoltec brand charger supports four types of current: 8A, 10A, 13A and 16A. It is worth mentioning that the Type 2 connector is designed for electric vehicles with a charging power of more than 3 kW.

Multi-function LCD display

The product is equipped with a multi-function 2.4-inch LCD display and LEDs indicating the charging status. On the display we know the following:
- check the exact charging time,
- monitors the operating temperature of the charger in real time thanks to the built-in plug-in temperature sensor, the charger immediately interrupts operation if the safe value is exceeded and automatically resumes operation when the temperature returns to the normal level,
- monitors the progress of the charging process,
Automatic error correction
In addition, the charger has an intelligent chip that automatically corrects errors that occur during charging, reacting accordingly if any parameter exceeds the norm, thus ensuring stable operation of the charger.
