The portable charger is perfect, for example, for longer holiday trips, thanks to its compact design it takes up very little space, and you can easily transport it directly in the trunk or in the included bag. The charger is powered from a standard 5-pin socket, and the car is charged with a type 2 connector.

European connector standard

The charger has a type 2 connector, which is now an official European Union standard, and charges electric cars equipped with a suitable charging socket. The type 2 connector has 7 pins, of which 3 or 5 pins are for charging and 2 are for communication between the station and the car. Compatible with most electric cars sold in Europe. The Qoltec brand charger supports four types of current 8A, 10A, 13A and 16A. It is worth mentioning that the Type 2 connector is suitable for electric vehicles with a charging power of more than 3 kW.

The product is equipped with a multi-function 2.4-inch LCD display and LEDs indicating the charging status. On the display we know the following:
- Set the current value with the A button: 8A, 10A, 13A, 16A
- check the exact charging time,
- set the charging time delay simply with the button with the clock icon,
- monitors the operating temperature of the charger in real time thanks to the built-in plug temperature sensor, the charger immediately interrupts operation if the safe value is exceeded, and automatically resumes operation when the temperature returns to the normal level,
- monitors the progress of the charging process,

Aesthetic and practical wall mounting

The charging gun can be conveniently mounted on the wall for easy access and space saving, especially in tight spaces. The wall bracket allows users to organize the charging station, improving the aesthetics and functionality of the charging area in both home garages and commercial parking lots.
