Qoltec LiFePO4 Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery | 12.8V | 200Ah | 2560Wh | BMS
Description
If you are looking for a safe and long-lasting energy source, Qoltec's LiFePO4 battery will be a very good investment. These types of batteries are all about thermal and chemical stability, allowing you to work in extremely extreme conditions without the battery losing its performance and maintaining its full capacity.
Provide a reliable power source
2000 charge and discharge cycles
LiFePO4 batteries combine durability and performance:
- 100% discharge depth,
- very low self-discharge rate,
- no memory effect, very efficient cycle and buffer operation,
- longer service life - more than 2000 charge and discharge cycles,
- 100% non-flammable battery - no danger of overheating, arson or explosion,
- 100% maintenance-free, no electrolyte refill required,
- lower weight and at the same time higher energy density, e.g. lead acid batteries,
- environmentally friendly - no toxic gases or chemicals are released,
- can be operated in any position, does not need to be set horizontally,
- impact resistant.
Wide range of applications for LiFePO4 batteries
The wide range of advantages and functional advantages of lithium iron phosphate batteries means that they meet the expectations of even the most demanding users and are perfect:
- in photovoltaics, as energy storage, in off-grid systems,
- uninterruptible power supplies, UPS, voltage converters,
- alarm systems, access control systems,
- caravans, trailers,
- electric cars,
- yachts, boats, motorboats,
- golf carts, wheelchairs,
- emergency lighting,
- electric tools, lawnmowers,
- electric toys, quads.
BMS or Intelligent Battery Management System
All Qoltec LiFePO4 batteries are equipped with a BMS, which is an essential part of battery protection. It constantly monitors the operation of the battery, protects the cells from overheating, overcharging and deep discharge, and interrupts the power supply if values that pose a potential danger to the battery and connected devices are exceeded.
How to connect Lifepo4 batteries correctly?
They can be connected in series and in parallel
Our LiFePO4 batteries can be connected both in series and in parallel. The only condition to avoid damaging the battery is to use a battery of the same voltage, capacity and degree of wear. If you want to increase the voltage, the battery must be connected in series, i.e. (+) with (-). If we want to increase capacity, we connect (+) (+) in parallel with (+) and (-) with (-). A maximum of 4 batteries can be connected together. Thus, for example, the parallel connection of four batteries with a capacity of 100Ah and a voltage of 12.8V increases the capacity to 400Ah and the voltage remains unchanged at 12.8V, in the case of a serial connection, the voltages are added. up to 51.2 V, and the capacity remains unchanged at 100 Ah.
