Integrated 3-Stage Charging Process for Maximum Efficiency

The Monolith smart charger uses a 3-stage charging method that dynamically adjusts voltage and current based on the battery's state of charge. This process consists of:

• BULK Phase: Detects the battery condition and charges it up to 80% with constant maximum current and high voltage.

• BOOST Phase: Absorption charging – voltage is held between 28.4VDC and 30VDC while the current is gradually reduced.

• FLOAT Phase: Maintains the battery at 95–100% charge with a lower constant voltage between 26.6VDC and 27.6VDC. Charging current drops to 0A once fully charged.

A built-in LED clearly indicates the current charging phase.
