If the battery terminals are soldered or installed in a bicycle with too high power, the warranty will be void.

For long life, the voltage of the batteries needs to be balanced every 3-6 months (charging separately to the same voltage level). Without this, the lifespan may be significantly shortened, as it causes overcharging or undercharging of the batteries, which is a warranty exclusion.
