What is a door-to-door guarantee?
If you request our door-to-door service when you place your order, we assure you that if the product you have purchased fails, we will arrange free delivery and deliver the repaired or replacement product free of charge to the address you specify, for the full duration of the guarantee.
How does it work?
If any of your products break down, just fill in our fault report form and we'll take care of everything else.
We'll send you a label that you can print out and post for free at any Post Office. If this is not convenient for you, let us know and we will send a courier to an address you specify.
Once the product is returned, our colleagues will inspect it. If we find the fault, when you purchase this service, we will send you a new product immediately, no need to wait for the manufacturer's warranty inspection/repair. This also saves you time.
The replacement product will be returned free of charge to the address you provide.
What does the guarantee cover?
If you request this service at the time of purchase, we will include it on the invoice you receive at the time of purchase. From then on, you can use the service for all the items on your invoice, for an unlimited number of items within the guarantee period.
In case of cancellation or request for a replacement product, the service is not available. In this case, the standard rules apply.
How can I request the service?
Add the "Door-to-door guarantee" to your shopping cart at the same time as you order other products. This service cannot be ordered later!
