What is transport insurance?
At any time, the product may be damaged in transit. It is also possible that the damage only becomes visible after the delivery, when the courier is no longer on the spot. It is always necessary to have a report filled in with the courier service. When using the additional service of transport insurance, we can also accept transport damage without a report if it is reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.
How does this work?
Within 24 hours of receipt, you must report the damaged product with photo proof to garancia@kulsoaksi.hu. We will then get back to you within 1 working day and replace the product free of charge.
With delivery insurance you don't have to worry about the accuracy of your product. If a fault is reported within 24 hours, we will replace the product immediately.
