Delivery information

For bank transfer or credit card payments:

The buyer can pay for the purchased products and services by direct bank transfer or by credit card payment.

If the product data sheet says "In stock", orders received by 12:00 AM will be send out at the same day from our central storage. Our "External Stock" products will be delivered after shipment. (about 5 business days).

COD (Cash on delivery) payment methode:

You can pay your products when you get your packege. The final amount to be paid includes all costs based on the order summary and confirmation letter.

The cash on delivery fee is + 1 €, which is applied to the delivery fees indicated in the table above.

In case of personal pickup you can pick up the ordered products in our shop in Győr at the following address:

9024 Győr, Kálvária utca 35.

Opening hours: Mon-Fri: 8:00 - 16:30; Sat: Closed, Sun: Closed

However, it is important that you only come to pick up your order after you have been notified by email :)

Orders received by 14:00 on working days will be processed and packaged that day. Delivery time is about 2-3 working day

Orders from our webshop are delivered to your home by Packeta.com Courier Service.

Packages are delivered on working days between 8 am and 5 pm.

If you are not at home during this period, you can order your package at one of Packeta Package Point (avalaible in Hungary, Germany, Slovakia, Romania, Czech Republic, Poland)
